Instructions For Carers, Family Members and Friends.
If you are a professional carer, family member or friend, and the customer has given you consent to view their personal information, then please follow the instructions below to begin using the Safehouse app.
Make sure you have downloaded the Safehouse app onto your mobile device or tablet before proceeding. Please allow all app permissions when you download the app. (SMS messages, manage phone calls, access contacts and access media files).
To connect your app account to the customer's profile, you will need to ask them for their:
Date of Birth
Safehouse ID Number (This number is on a clubcard posted to the user's home address, without this, you will not be able to care for the individual using the Safehouse app).
Once you have obtained the details above, log into your account on the app, and press the 'Add person to care for' button situated in the top right corner of the screen.
Enter the above details and press 'Add'. Your account will now be connected to the customer's profile and you will now be able to receive any alarms or notifications.
